Contact Us
What is your standard lead time?+
Standard lead times are 1–2 weeks from purchase order. Expedited orders can ship in as little as 24 hours. Weekend production is available for urgent programs. Contact us for scheduling on complex or high-volume jobs.
How quickly will I receive a quote?+
Simple parts with standard materials typically quote within 2–4 hours. Complex geometries or exotic materials may take 1–3 business days. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you submit your RFQ.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), and 2D drawings in PDF or DXF. STEP files with accompanying PDF drawings are preferred for fastest quoting.
Do you provide material certifications?+
Yes — material test reports (MTRs) are included as standard on all orders. We source from certified distributors with full traceability. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports are available on request.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?+
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before reviewing sensitive technical data. Confidentiality is maintained at every stage — from quoting through delivery. Contact us to initiate an NDA before sharing drawings.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
We have no minimum order quantity. We regularly machine single prototypes and small batches. Pricing is more competitive at higher volumes, but we're happy to support development and qualification phases with small quantities.
