Telanex Precision delivers tight-tolerance CNC machining for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Prototype to full production — fast.
Telanex Precision is a full-service CNC machine shop specializing in high-complexity prototype and production parts. Located in the American Southwest, we serve engineers and manufacturers who demand zero compromises.
From single-piece prototypes to multi-thousand unit production runs, we deliver tight tolerances, traceability, and uncompromising quality — with lead times that keep your projects on schedule.
Our team brings decades of combined machining expertise, providing reliable partnership from first print to final inspection.
Every job follows the same clear path — from the files you send us to the finished parts we send back. Here's who does what at each step.
Email your 3D model and 2D drawing to mahesh@telanexprecision.com with quantity, material, finish, and target date. Need an NDA first? We sign before you share any files.
We check your print for manufacturability, flag anything that adds cost or risk, and send back a clear quote. Simple parts typically quote in 2–4 hours; complex work in 1–3 business days.
Happy with the quote? Send your purchase order and we schedule the job. Standard lead time is 1–2 weeks, and expedited orders can ship in as little as 24 hours.
We source certified material and machine your parts with in-process checks. Your files follow a controlled path from our inbox to the spindle — and don't stay on the machine afterward.
Every part is dimensionally inspected against your drawing before it ships, using calipers that are regularly calibrated per our QMS policy. Material test reports come standard, and First Article Inspection is available on request.
Your parts are packed to arrive exactly as they left our shop, and shipped with tracking and all paperwork — ready to install.
Send your drawings.
We'll take it from there.
Open a project folder to see how the part was made — from drawing to finished part, with the operations, NC log, and feedback.
